This charming 3-bedroom island home offers relaxed coastal living with plenty of space to unwind. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area with a large sectional—perfect for movie nights or lounging after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a counter with seating for four, making it easy to gather for casual meals or morning coffee.

One full bathroom is located inside the home, with an additional full outdoor bath—ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

One of the highlights of the home is the screened porch, where you can enjoy beach views, stunning sunset skies, and refreshing island breezes. The porch includes a dining table that seats six along with cozy outdoor lounge furniture, creating the perfect space for meals, games, or simply relaxing. There’s also a shaded deck area beneath the house for even more outdoor enjoyment.

While the home is not directly beachfront, it’s only one row back—just a very short walk to the sand. You’ll still enjoy beautiful sunset views of the beach without the crowds. The house sits next to a shared beach access used only by other guests staying on this private island, so foot traffic is minimal compared to a public beach. There are neighboring homes in front, something to keep in mind, but the overall setting remains peaceful and intimate.

With its warm, cozy feel and multiple outdoor spaces to relax, this island retreat is the perfect place to slow down, soak up the scenery, and enjoy everything island life has to offer.

This house has access to a community dock that is shared by the lane.

The dock has a 24ft. maximum and allows 1 boat per household.

No assigned slips, first come first serve.

The dock is about a ¼ mile walk or golf cart ride to the house.

$375-425/ night; $2,500-$2,700/ week

$300 cleaning fee; $100 per pet fee; 12% tax

Minimum renter age – 25 years old 

Pet policy: No cats. Dogs are allowed, but 50lb weight limit. (2 dog limit, 50lb maximum in total combined weight). We reserve the right to not allow untrained and aggressive dogs. This is a dog friendly island; therefore, you may encounter other dogs. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs or people, we do not allow them. 

Holidays: Holiday rates applies to: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years, and New Years Eve.
