Camp Goodnow

Camp Goodnow is a three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront retreat on Little Gasparilla Island, offering direct beach access just steps from the sand. With room for up to six guests, this home is designed for relaxed coastal living, with multiple outdoor spaces to gather, unwind, and take in the Gulf views.

A private path leads from the house straight to the beach, while the spacious area beneath the home creates a comfortable outdoor hangout space complete with a grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower — perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sun. The main deck features Adirondack chairs tucked into shaded seating areas overlooking the water, and upstairs, the master bedroom opens to its own private deck with rocking chairs and sweeping beach views.

Inside, the layout offers privacy and convenience for families or small groups. One guest bedroom is located on the main floor with a full bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, the master bedroom and third bedroom each feature their own private full bathrooms.

Whether you're spending your days on the beach, grilling downstairs after sunset, or enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the waves, Camp Goodnow offers an easygoing island setting made for slowing down and enjoying the coast.

The house has access to a community dock that is shared by the lane. 

The dock has a 22ft. maximum and only allows 1 boat per household. 

Boat pass is required - no assigned slips, first come first serve. 

The dock is about a ¼ mile walk or golf cart ride to the house. 

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

No Smoking.  

No events or parties allowed. 

Inside amenities: Air-conditioning, washer and dryer, Wi-fi

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, basic kitchen and baking necessities

Living area: Smart TV

Outside amenities: Charcoal BBQ grill, outdoor shower, beach chair, Adirondack chairs

Community dock with electric and water.

Golf cart is not included with this rental.

Prices starting at $500/ night; $3150/ week (3 night minimum)

$350 cleaning fee; $100 per pet fee; 12% tax

Pet policy: $100 per dog with advance notice and approval. No cats. Prohibited breeds: Akita, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid.

We reserve the right to not allow untrained and aggressive dogs. This is a dog friendly island; therefore, you may encounter other dogs. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs or people, we do not allow them.  

Holiday rates apply to: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years, and New Years Eve.
