The cozy Florida heart pine interior seamlessly blends with the outdoors, thanks to two sets of sliding doors that open to a screened porch and sun deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor plan and high ceilings create a spacious and inviting atmosphere, making this home the perfect retreat for anyone seeking tranquility and a touch of luxury.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 king (2 twin option)

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms - both with walk in showers 

You will need to make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. You can not drive your car to the island - there isn't a bridge or ferry. 

Bringing your own boat? The house has access to a community dock that is perfect for fishing or watching the beautiful sunrise over the Boca Grande Causeway. 

The dock has a 22ft. maximum and only allows 1 boat per household.  

Accommodates: 4 guests maximum. No exceptions. 

No Smoking.

Inside amenities: Air-conditioning, NO WI-FI, washer and dryer

Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, blender, drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender, dishes/utensils, 

Living area: satellite TV, DVD player, large variety of books. 

Outside amenities: Enclosed outdoor shower, beach towels, and beach umbrellas, charcoal BBQ grill

Community dock with electric and water. 

$2650/ week    $400/ night    (5 night minimum)

$300 cleaning fee   $100 pet fee per pet

12% tax

Pet policy: No cats. Breed restrictions apply. Prohibited breeds: Akita, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid.   

Holidays: $400 Holiday fee applies to: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years, and New Years Eve.   

Damage deposit: $500
